1. ANYANG ST is a small trading company, NOT a power hammer manufacturer.
ANYANG ST established in 2014, registered capital is about USD150,000, registered address is room 312 of an old building. Their business scope is sales of forging press machinery, ST is not a manufacturer, they do not have any manufacturing workshop or the required machining equipment. ST does not have permission for manufacturing forging press machine. ANYANG ST has publicly declared they are a manufacturer; this is not a fact.
2.The illegal source of power hammer designing drawings of ANYANG ST
In the beginning, ANYANG ST only sold spare parts of forging equipment, but in 2017 a new person joined ST and they started to sell power forging hammers. This new employee was formerly employed by Anyang forging press . He stole the manufacturing drawings ofAnyang forging press Power Hammers and resigned from Anyang forging press IN 2017.

The plaintiff Anyang Forging Press Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Anyang Forging Press Company) sued the defendants Anyang ST Forging Machinery Co., Ltd. Summarizing all the about-mentioned，according to Articles 9 and 17 of the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China and Article 67 of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, the judgment is as follows:
1. The defendant Anyang ST Forging Machinery Co., Ltd (ANYANG ST), Liu Haiyang, Chang Baoping, Han Xinzheng, immediately stop the infringement of the trade secrets of the plaintiff, Anyang Forging Press Machinery Industry Co., Ltd, do not disclose, use or allow others to use the trade secrets of Anyang Forging Press Machinery Industry Co., Ltd, until the trade secrets of Anyang Forging Press Machinery Industry Co., Ltd have been known to the public；
2. Anyang ST Forging Machinery Co., Ltd (Anyang ST), Liu Haiyang, Chang Baoping, Han Xinzheng, shall jointly compensate the plaintiff Anyang Forging Press Machinery Industry Co., Ltd for the economic losses including reasonable expenses within 10 days after the entry into force of this judgment, totaling 510,884.48 CNY
3. Reject other claims of the plaintiff Anyang Forging Press Machinery Industry Co., Ltd
If the obligation to pay money is not fulfilled within the period specified in this judgment, in accordance with Article 260 of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, the interest on the debt during the period of delay in performance shall be doubled.
The case acceptance fee was 13305 CNY, 4417 CNY was borne by the plaintiff Anyang Forging Press Machinery Industry Co., Ltd, and 8888 CNY was jointly borne by the defendants, A Anyang ST Forging Machinery Co., Ltd (Anyang ST), Liu Haiyang, Chang Baoping, Han Xinzheng.
